The Body Holiday at Le Sport offers a unique holiday experience and sits on the beautiful Cariblue beach tucked into an attractive cove at the northern tip of St Lucia.
This all inclusive resort is designed to give you a complete rejuvenation of mind, body and soul.
The accommodation is spread around the 18 acres of tropical gardens and the room options give you the opportunity to really indulge yourself, from Luxury rooms with garden views to the Grand Luxury Ocean Front Suites. All rooms have air conditioning, furnished balcony and bathrooms with bath and shower with hair dryer and razor points.
The resort has three restaurants, the Cariblue overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean serves Mediterranean Oriental and Mexican, the Tao is set in stylish surroundings and serves Oriental cuisine, the Deli is where mouth-watering sandwiches, salads and fruit juices are a speciality.
There are two bars to relax in after dinner, the Piano bar where you can enjoy a tasty cocktail while singing along to your favourite tunes and the Clubhouse which features limbo dancing, fire eating, and a live band.
There is a full array of land and water sports including windsurfing, sailing, waterskiing, archery, tennis and fencing. For golfers there is an 18 hole championship golf course nearby, where your all inclusive package covers green fees and transfers. There is also unlimited diving for qualified divers plus introductory dives for beginners.
The perfect counterpoint to all this activity is the Oasis Spa which offers a programme of general massage and beauty treatment, a full range of yoga, aromatherapy, massage, body scrubs and ocean wraps are just some of the treatments offered. Guests receive a fifty minute complimentary treatment everyday with the exception of arrival and departure days.
There is a gym and a Jacuzzi and three swimming pools surrounded by sun loungers for those who just want to relax.
